YOU CAN HELP BY VOTING FOR ME NEXT YEAR AT THE COUNTY ELECTIONS.
I would also like to hear your issues, for there's never a better time to corner a council than at election time, for example, why didn't we have a Drains maintenance programme in force when so many people in Clent Divison were flooded out-Or why did we wait so long to have road repairs attended to and still many outstanding?...I invariably publish these questions in local newspapers, the council then have to respond, a political party councillor cannot do this to their own leader of their party for as I said previously, they would get suspended-it in effect shows incompetence and the Party would never admit that!
I hope there will be lively subjects on the blog board, remember, no expletives, also be aware that political party activists just love to pose as a villager on these message boards, so what you read, take some with a pinch of salt?
If elected this web site will also be used for all your issues you want my attention on and the updates will also be added regularly, so you know all the time what's happening-Different to what gos on at present?--here's an example, here in Romsley village we asked many times for Councillor Ed Moore to attend meetings in the village, he refused by his very absense, so we put the question to him through the Bromsgrove Standard newpaper, he still refused, so we went to his leader and master George Lord, his reply came back, 'I have asked Councillor Moore why he didn't attend any meetings from 2005 to 2007 and I am completely satisfied with his answers'-we in the village don't know what Ed Moore said, but when Ed Moore did attend his FIRST meeting 2 years after being elected may we add, he said he was at other meetings, we said, WHAT FOR TWO YEARS?
If I do not get elected, I will as always strive to get the issues out to those concerned and involved and will still use the web site to give you updates.
Kind regards,
Stan Francis
